Hansel and Gretel

In drama the class got into groups and performed a skit on Hansel and Gretel. In my group we did the part when Gretel was helping the witch prepare for the witch to eat Hansel. In our skits we got to make up random things that are not part of the story and include it in our skit.

Here is our performance:

The Toy Shop Production

On the 21 and 22 of June the whole school performed a big production called The Toy Shop on Zip Zap Avenue. I was one of the main characters along with a few year 3, 4 and 6's and my best friend. me and my friend were the MC's and our costumes were thing 1 and thing 2. We did three performances 1 matinee and 2 night performances. It felt so great being up on the stage and I learnt so much about speaking and acting.
